Devil Fruit Arena Launch (July 2026)

What shipped on day one — the features the Roblox page still lists.

Launch Notes

Devil Fruit Arena went live on Roblox on 22 July 2026 under the Blackbox Fighting group (owner straphos). This page is the launch snapshot so later patches have something to be “later” than. If you joined in September, this is the baseline. If you joined on day one, this is the reminder of what was always in the box.

What launched

The store page is still the best primary source:

  • 20 devil fruits to unlock, with more promised.
  • Arena PvP on servers of 35.
  • A bounty system.
  • A world boss you team on, with a damage board and split rewards.
  • 15 morphs and titles.
  • Clients: PC, console, mobile, tablet.
  • A blunt NOTICE: cheating, exploiting, or farming with alts is a permanent ban.

Genre tags: Action / Battlegrounds & Fighting. Maturity: mild violence. Voice chat and camera: not supported. Free to play.

That is a complete game. It is not a three-sea RPG. Guides on this wiki — Getting Started, world boss, bounty — are built on this list, not on a borrowed Blox Fruits outline.

What did not launch

  • A public Trello board for this title.
  • A documented 20-row fruit table with drop rates.
  • A gift-icon code menu. Codes sit in the cogwheelhow to redeem.
  • Permission to script. The ban line is on the same page as the fruit count.

If a launch-week YouTube used another game’s footage, ignore it. Official shots on this wiki are the plaza fruits, the stretch punch, the fire bruiser, and the dark caster. See fruits and morphs.

Why the launch still matters in September

The 4 September 2026 push (September notes) did not replace the loop. It updated a live battleground. Twenty fruits are still twenty fruits. The boss still splits. Bounty still paints a target. When someone says “the game changed,” ask which line on this page moved. If none of them moved, your fruit still works.

Visits are over a million now. Launch week was smaller. The same rules scale: do not mash, do not alt-farm, do not spend Yen on a legendary you cannot combo. Best fruits is the grown-up version of that sentence.

Where launch news lived

Blackbox Fighting (tens of thousands of members), the shared Discord, and @blackboxgamesco. We keep those on links. Codes that shipped after launch — SAF, CREWMATE — are tracked on the codes hub, not here.

Launch is the floor. Everything after is a delta. Read this page once. Then read the dated patch pages when they exist. Then go fight.

Launch-week mistakes we still see

Players arriving from other pirate games look for a fruit dealer NPC, a sea warp, and a raid chip. Those systems are not on the July 22 box. The loop is arena, bounty, boss, morph. If you spent your first session walking the plaza looking for a quest giver, that is why you have no Yen. Redeem codes, pick a fruit from the picker, and fight. The 15 morphs are a collection layered on that loop, not a campaign. The ban on alts was already in the listing, so “I’ll test scripts on a second account” was never a launch-week grey area. It was already the example.
